Your first consultation: a little preparation goes a long way
A useful consultation is a conversation. It is a chance to share what has and has not worked for you, ask questions and understand what a supported plan could look like.
Bring your questions
Think about what matters most: how follow-up works, which treatment options may be appropriate, how costs are explained, and whom to contact if your circumstances change.
Use the secure intake
Complete your health history through the medical intake provided by the care team. Share current medicines, relevant diagnoses and previous treatment experiences there rather than through a general contact form.
Leave with clarity
Before beginning treatment, make sure you understand the instructions and follow-up plan. If something is unclear, ask your clinician or pharmacist. A website cannot replace those individualized instructions.
